Challenge & Objective

The assignment with Mooncard, which has been underway for 8 months, is aimed at a complete overhaul of their acquisition strategy. The main challenges were:

  • Change the target audience to better match the company's needs.
  • Optimize all levers and funnels up to opportunity generation for sales teams.

Over the past eight months, our mission with Bulldozer has enabled us to redefine our acquisition approach and optimize every stage of the process, from targeting to opportunity generation.

Thanks to close collaboration and a diversified strategy including paid, outbound and user-generated content, we have succeeded in increasing the proportion of people corresponding to our target by 70% and generating over 400 monthly opportunities for our sales teams.
