The company

Alma is a French scale-up specializing in payment in installments. Its main products are payment in 3 or 4 instalments. Alma targets retailers, enabling them to offer split payment solutions to their customers, whether online or in-store. Alma works with SMEs as well as large corporations, with a particular focus on the French market.

Challenge & Objective

Alma wanted to reduce its budgets while maintaining the effectiveness of its advertising campaigns. They also aimed to develop organic acquisition channels to guarantee continued, sustained growth, while gradually freeing themselves from dependence on paid advertising.

Goal :

  • Rationalize spending on Google and Facebook: Optimize costs on the main paid advertising platforms, such as Google and Facebook, to maximize ROI while reducing allocated budgets.
  • Development of organic acquisition channels: Implement effective, sustainable organic acquisition strategies that ensure long-term growth at lower cost, and boost the company's visibility without relying exclusively on paid advertising.
