The company

Adecco is a company specializing in temporary employment. In collaboration with Microsoft, they have launched a new application called Career Copilot, designed to help people better manage their careers thanks to artificial intelligence.

Challenge & Objective

The main objectives of the mission were to :

200 to 300 active accounts
1000 accounts created in total
in the space of 3 months

To achieve our objectives, our methodology was :

Test different value propositions, audiences, approaches and acquisition channels (CTVP)
Determine the most efficient way to acquire new customers.

We chose Bulldozer for their ability to tailor teams to meet our needs. While many marketing agencies exist, very few can offer this level of customization. For our project, we needed a partner capable of testing our go-to-market strategy and validating numerous hypotheses.

The Commando mission and the CTVP method for validating product-market fit are approaches I've seen nowhere else. This approach has been a real game changer for us.
